Cojean is a group of eat-in/take-out cafes with outstanding prepared food for take-away or made to order dishes prepared daily such as risotto, salads, sandwiches, and a variety of hot plates in addition to coffee, tea, ice creams and a variety of other snacks and desserts. If you’ve been to Paris then you know food is not cheap especially if it is prepared for you or served to you. Cojean is no different. Small salads and sandwiches can easily reach eight to twelve dollars but it’s far cheaper and much more healthy than traditional food found on Paris streets and in the cafes and restaurants. Remember, service is not free and the French are happy to remind you of that. In any case, I’m a big fan of Cojean and eat there several times during my stays in Paris. I really do enjoy it. They are always crowded with trendy twenty and thirty something as well as businessmen and women in a hurry to get where they are going. Give them a try the next time you are in Paris.
